Our marine biologist guide was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about the whales and their behaviors. We saw several whales from a safe distance and were lucky enough to see their movements while following them in the time we spent in the boat. The captain navigated us through the waters safely, even when chasing the dolphins. making the experience very comfortable. The group size was small and intimate- not like all the other tour boats that were filled to the brim! This meant we could ask plenty of questions and really engage with the guide.…”

“The tour group size is kept small. Your hike starts with hotel pick up in a large SUV. They arrived to pick us up a few mins early so be sure to be on time if not 5 mins early. Then a drive to the ranch. After arriving your guide will take you on an ATV to the trail head. Our guide Pablo took his time to tell us about all the different cactus in the area. We were even lucky enough to get to try the Pitaya fruit! The hike its self isn’t very difficult but does offer mixed terrain. A pair of good walking shoes should be fine.…”
